3 Years Ago I Was Skinny, Insecure, and Didn’t Respect Myself—Now I’ve Built a Spartan Physique in Months Using Nothing But My Own Bodyweight

$49

If you're skinny, insecure, and feel like you're not making real progress in your training, this Spartan-inspired system will help you build wider shoulders, a bigger back, thicker arms, and functional legs, so you can finally start to look and feel like a real man.

⚔️ Why I Created The Spartan Training System..

I shouldn’t be here right now…

Just one week earlier, I had almost dropped out of high school. But my parents wouldn’t let me. They told me I had to keep going.

I told them I wanted to start an agency business, but the truth was, I just didn’t know if I would be able to make any friends in high school.
I looked like a wooden stick. Every time I tried to speak with someone, especially the pretty girls or the confident guys, I just felt weird.

I remember sitting in English class when the teacher asked a question. My gut twisted. I stopped breathing for a second, because she always picked someone who never spoke. I was terrified she’d choose me. Not because I didn’t know the answer, but because I couldn’t stand everyone staring at me. I knew my voice would collapse with insecurity if I spoke.

But I guess, in a weird way, I owe high school and my shitty teachers a thank you, because they pushed me to get better for the first time in my life.

It was around then, in my first year, that I started taking the gym seriously.
I was tired of looking and feeling like a little boy.
All my life, I’d been that skinny kid with black glasses, awkward around girls.
I just wanted to be like the cool guys, the ones with defined, bulky muscle who could walk up to anyone and have a good conversation.

I remember one of them lifting a pretty girl over his head one day while laughing, and the girl couldn't stop blushing. I stood by my locker, books in hand, just watching. I’ll never forget how weird I felt just standing there. I wanted to be that guy more than anything.

So I started walking to the gym with my green training bag almost every day after school.
It was the first place I ever felt real confidence.
My strength increased. My body started changing.
I started talking to people at the gym, even if it was just “Can you watch my stuff while I’m at the toilet?” or “Do you know the correct form on this?”

But despite my efforts, I made some terrible mistakes.

Fast forward three years. I was out of high school, standing in my family home’s bathroom, staring in the mirror.

And I felt this pain, deep in my stomach.

Three years. And I looked almost the same.

I felt like a fraud.
I’d trained hard. I’d tried every program and training style out there - bro splits, upper/lower, heavy lifting, gymnastics ring training.
I’d watched hundreds of hours of videos, drank bulking smoothies, eaten high-carb meals, bought mass gainers, tried every machine in the gym.

And yet… I still looked like a beginner.

It hit me: my problem wasn’t discipline. It was focus.
I was always switching. I never stuck to anything long enough to make it work.

I remember the shame when a guy in my gym asked me how long I’d trained for.
I told him. And I knew what he was thinking:
“You’re not training hard enough.”

That really pissed me off.
Because I always trained hard. That’s something no one can take from me.
But my results didn’t reflect that.

So in front of that mirror, with my heart pounding and my arms still skinny, I made a decision.

No more switching programs.
No more trying everything.
I went back to the basics.

Push-ups and pull-ups.

At first, I doubted it. I wasn’t sure if high reps could build real muscle.
But I started searching YouTube.
That’s when I discovered Bruno Zgela, a Croatian endurance beast doing 1000 pull-ups in 60 minutes, 2000 dips in 60 minutes, and 1000 push-ups in one set.

My mind was blown, because this guy was fucking massive.

I also found stories from real inmates and prison guards about prisoners building Greek god-like physiques using this minimalist style. Simple. Brutal. Consistent.

So I took a bus to my local calisthenics park.

And for the first time in years, I saw real progress.

I went from 24 to 40 push-ups in a few weeks.
My pull-ups felt smoother and stronger.
I wasn’t stuck anymore.

I had finally found something that worked that I could actually stick with.

And it reminded me of the Spartans, the deadliest warriors in history.
They trained daily. Ate the same 2 meals daily. Lived in discomfort and discipline.

They trained to build a mind of steel, not to look pretty like so many of these bodybuilders train for today.

They were minimalists. They were focused. They were real men.

And that’s why I’m sharing this now.
Because there are guys out there like I was - skinny, insecure, training hard to get better - but they're not seeing any progress despite their efforts.

This system is for them.

If you want to start feeling like a real man, start building a body you’re proud of - one ruthless and focused rep at a time - and finally see a different guy in the mirror..

This is the way.
